Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul

Astromi uygulamasını veya astromi.app sitesini kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Astromi'yi kullanma. Hizmeti Astromi (Dubai, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri) sunar.

2. Kimler kullanabilir

  • 18 yaşından büyük olmalısın.
  • Kişi başına bir hesap açılır; bilgilerin doğru ve sana ait olmalı.
  • Daha önce kurallarımızı ihlal ettiği için kapatılmış bir hesabın sahibiysen yeni hesap açamazsın.
  • Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun; izinsiz kullanım fark edersen bize hemen yaz.

3. Hizmet ne, ne değil

Astromi doğum haritana dayalı astroloji içerikleri, kişiler arası uyum analizleri, yapay zekâ sohbetleri ve isteğe bağlı bir tanışma (dating) bölümü sunar. İçeriklerin bir kısmı yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir ve hatalı olabilir. Astromi eğlence ve kendini tanıma amaçlıdır; tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki veya finansal tavsiye değildir. Önemli kararlarını yalnız astrolojik içeriğe dayandırma.

4. Davranış kuralları

Astromi'de şunları yapmak yasaktır:

  • Taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi, ayrımcılık veya zorbalık.
  • Çıplaklık, cinsel içerik veya rıza dışı görüntü paylaşmak.
  • Başkası gibi davranmak, sahte profil açmak, başkasının fotoğrafını kullanmak.
  • Dolandırıcılık, para istemek, reklam, spam veya ticari amaçlı kullanım.
  • 18 yaşından küçüklerle ilgili her türlü uygunsuz içerik.
  • Uygulamayı kırmaya, verisini toplamaya (scraping) veya otomatik araçlarla kullanmaya çalışmak.

Mesajlar güvenlik için otomatik olarak taranır ve raporlar incelenir. Kural ihlalinde içeriği kaldırabilir, hesabı geçici veya kalıcı olarak askıya alabiliriz. Biriyle buluşurken ilk görüşmeyi kalabalık bir yerde yap ve bir yakınına haber ver; uygulamadaki Güvenlik bölümünü kullan. Kullanıcıların davranışlarından Astromi sorumlu değildir, ancak her raporu ciddiye alırız.

5. Senin içeriğin

Yüklediğin fotoğraf, yazı ve mesajlar sana aittir. Bunları hizmeti sunmak için (saklamak, diğer kullanıcılara göstermek, güvenlik için incelemek) kullanmamıza dünya çapında, ücretsiz ve hesabın açık kaldığı sürece geçerli bir izin verirsin. Paylaştığın içeriğin hakkına sahip olduğunu kabul edersin.

6. Abonelikler ve satın almalar

  • Astromi'yi ücretsiz kullanabilirsin. Ücretli paketler: Stars (astroloji), Spark (dating) ve ikisini kapsayan Cosmos; her biri haftalık, aylık, 3 aylık ve yıllık seçeneklerle sunulur. Ücretsiz deneme yoktur.
  • Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla Apple Kimliğinden (App Store) veya Google hesabından (Google Play) alınır. Fiyatlar uygulamada, ülkene göre mağazanın gösterdiği para biriminde yazar.
  • Abonelik otomatik yenilenir. Dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen bir sonraki dönemin ücreti, dönem bitimine 24 saat kala hesabından alınır.
  • Aboneliğini iPhone'da Ayarlar › Apple Kimliği › Abonelikler, Android'de Google Play › Ödemeler ve abonelikler yolundan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. İptal edersen mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar haklarını kullanmaya devam edersin. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
  • Tek seferlik alımlar (uyum analizi kilidi, öne çıkarma/boost, doğum haritası raporu) satın alındığında hesabına tanımlanır ve kullanıldığında tükenir.
  • İadeler mağazanın kurallarına tabidir: Apple için reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play için Google'ın iade politikası. Yasanın sana tanıdığı cayma ve tüketici hakları saklıdır.
  • Ücretsiz kullanım sınırlarını ve paket içeriklerini değiştirebiliriz; ücretli bir dönemi geriye dönük olarak daraltmayız.

7. Fikri mülkiyet

Astromi adı, logosu, tasarımı, metinleri, yazılımı ve ürettiği içerikler Astromi'ye aittir. Kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için sana sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı veriyoruz.

8. Hesabın kapatılması

Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin (Ben › Hesap › Hesabı sil); 30 gün içinde geri alabilirsin. Bu koşulları ciddi şekilde veya tekrar tekrar ihlal edersen hesabını kapatabiliriz. Hesabı silmek aktif aboneliği iptal etmez; aboneliği mağazadan ayrıca iptal etmelisin.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Astromi "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını, bir eşleşme ya da ilişki sonucu doğuracağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Kasıt, ağır ihmal ve yasanın sınırlanmasına izin vermediği haller bu sınırlamanın dışındadır.

10. Apple ve Google

Bu koşullar sen ve Astromi arasındadır; Apple veya Google'ın uygulamaya bakım, destek ya da garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur. Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların lehtar üçüncü tarafıdır ve koşulları sana karşı uygulayabilir.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Astromi'nin kayıtlı olduğu ülkenin hukuku uygulanır. Yaşadığın ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan zorunlu kuralları ve oradaki tüketici mercilerine başvurma hakkın saklıdır.

12. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz. Sorular için: info@astromi.app.

1. Agreement

By using the Astromi app or the astromi.app website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Astromi. The service is provided by Astromi (Dubai, United Arab Emirates).

2. Who can use Astromi

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • One account per person; your details must be accurate and your own.
  • You may not create a new account if we closed a previous one for breaking our rules.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure; tell us right away if you notice unauthorised use.

3. What the service is — and isn't

Astromi offers astrology content based on your birth chart, compatibility analyses between people, AI chats and an optional dating section. Some content is generated by AI and can be wrong. Astromi is for entertainment and self-reflection; it is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Don't base important decisions on astrological content alone.

4. Community rules

You may not use Astromi to:

  • Harass, threaten or bully anyone, or post hate speech or discriminatory content.
  • Share nudity, sexual content or images without the consent of the people in them.
  • Impersonate anyone, create fake profiles or use someone else's photos.
  • Scam people, ask for money, advertise, spam or use the service commercially.
  • Post anything inappropriate involving anyone under 18.
  • Attempt to break, scrape or automate the app.

Messages are screened automatically for safety and reports are reviewed. If you break the rules we may remove content and suspend or close your account. When meeting someone, meet in a public place first, tell a friend and use the Safety section in the app. Astromi is not responsible for how other users behave, but we take every report seriously.

5. Your content

You own the photos, text and messages you upload. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence, for as long as your account exists, to use them to run the service — storing them, showing them to other users and reviewing them for safety. You confirm you have the right to share what you post.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

  • Astromi is free to use. Paid plans are Stars (astrology), Spark (dating) and Cosmos (both), each available weekly, monthly, every 3 months or yearly. There is no free trial.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your store's local currency.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your account is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before it ends.
  • Manage or cancel on iPhone in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep your benefits until the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • One-time purchases (a compatibility analysis unlock, a boost, the birth chart report) are added to your account when bought and are used up when you use them.
  • Refunds follow the store's rules: for Apple, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, Google's refund policy applies. Any statutory withdrawal or consumer rights you have are not affected.
  • We may change free limits and plan contents; we will not reduce a period you have already paid for.

7. Intellectual property

The Astromi name, logo, design, text, software and generated content belong to Astromi. We give you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time (Me › Account › Delete account) and restore it within 30 days. We may close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your store settings too.

9. Limitation of liability

Astromi is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will lead to a match or a relationship. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and Astromi, not Apple or Google, who have no obligation to maintain, support or warrant the app. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Astromi is registered. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live, or your right to go to the consumer bodies there.
