Giriş

Astromi'ye telefon numaranla, SMS ile gelen kodla girersin. Kod gelmezse birkaç dakika bekleyip yeniden iste, numaranın ülke kodunu kontrol et. Numaran değiştiyse bize yaz.

Doğum bilgileri

Doğum saatini bilmiyorsan da başlayabilirsin; yorumlar yaklaşık saatle hesaplanır ve uygulama bunu belirtir. Doğum bilgilerini Ben › Hesap › Doğum bilgileri yolundan güncelleyebilirsin.

Tanışma (dating) ve güvenlik

• Tanışma bölümü isteğe bağlıdır; sol üstteki geçişten açılır ve istediğin zaman kapatılabilir.
• Bir profili veya sohbeti Engelle ya da Bildir seçenekleriyle engelleyebilir, bize bildirebilirsin. Bildirdiğin kişi bunu görmez.
• Engellediklerini ve raporlarını Ben › Güvenlik altında görürsün.
• Acil bir tehlike varsa önce yerel acil durum hattını ara.

Hesabı silme

Hesabını uygulamada Ben › Hesap › Hesabı sil yolundan silebilirsin. Hesabın ve ona bağlı veriler Gizlilik Politikası'nda yazan sürelerde silinir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan hesabındaki telefon numarasıyla info@astromi.app adresine yaz, senin için silelim.

Satın almalar

Uygulama içi satın almaları Apple veya Google işler. İade ve abonelik iptali için App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarını kullan; hesabını silmek aboneliği kendiliğinden iptal etmez.

Signing in

You sign in to Astromi with your phone number and a code sent by SMS. If the code doesn't arrive, wait a few minutes, ask again and check the country code. If your number has changed, write to us.

Birth details

You can start without knowing your birth time; readings use an approximate time and the app says so. Update your birth details in Me › Account › Birth details.

Dating and safety

• The dating side is optional: turn it on from the switch at the top left and off whenever you like.
• Use Block or Report on any profile or chat. The person you report never sees it.
• Find the people you blocked and your reports under Me › Safety.
• If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.

Deleting your account

Delete your account in the app from Me › Account › Delete account. Your account and its data are deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. If you can't open the app, write to info@astromi.app from or with the phone number on your account and we will delete it for you.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. For refunds and cancelling a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
