Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca: Astromi'yi çalıştırmak için gereken veriyi topluyoruz, satmıyoruz, reklam için paylaşmıyoruz. Ödeme bilgin bize hiç gelmez; Apple veya Google işler. Hesabını uygulamadan silebilirsin.

1. Veri sorumlusu

Bu politika Astromi mobil uygulaması ve astromi.app sitesi için geçerlidir. Veri sorumlusu Astromi'dir (Dubai, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri). Bize info@astromi.app adresinden ulaşabilirsin. Bu metin 6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamındaki aydınlatma yükümlülüğünü de karşılar; AB ve Birleşik Krallık kullanıcıları için GDPR / UK GDPR haklarını da içerir.

2. Topladığımız veriler

Hesap

  • E-posta adresi veya telefon numarası, giriş yöntemi (Apple, Google, e-posta) ve kullanıcı kimliği.
  • Kayıt sırasında verdiğin onaylar ve tarihleri.

Astroloji profili

  • Adın, doğum tarihin, doğum saatin (bilmiyorsan yaklaşık saat), doğum yerin, cinsiyetin ve uygulamayı kullanma amacın.
  • Uyum için eklediğin kişilerin adı ve doğum bilgileri. Başkasının bilgisini eklerken o kişinin bundan haberdar olduğunu ve itiraz etmediğini kabul edersin.

Dating profili (isteğe bağlı)

  • Fotoğrafların, biyografin, tercihlerin, beğenilerin ve eşleşmelerin.
  • Yaklaşık konumun (şehir ve mesafe hesabı için kaba konum). Konum iznini yalnız sen verirsin, ayarlardan geri alabilirsin. Tam koordinatın başka kullanıcılara gösterilmez.

Mesajlar ve yapay zekâ sohbetleri

  • Eşleşmelerinle yazışmaların ve uygulamadaki yapay zekâ karakterleriyle sohbetlerin.
  • Güvenlik için mesajlar otomatik olarak (kelime filtresi ve yapay zekâ) taranır. Bir kullanıcıyı raporladığında, incelemek için o sohbetin son 20 mesajı rapora eklenir.
  • Mesajlarda paylaştığın buluşma yerleri (yalnız mekân adı ve konumu) ve GIF'ler.

Rehber (isteğe bağlı)

  • "Rehberden gizlen" özelliğini açarsan telefon numaraları cihazında tek yönlü olarak şifrelenir (SHA-256); sunucumuza yalnız bu özetler gelir, isim veya numara gelmez.

Satın almalar

  • Abonelik ve tek seferlik alımların mağaza işlem kayıtları (ürün, tarih, yenileme durumu). Kart veya ödeme bilgin bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz; ödemeyi Apple App Store veya Google Play alır.

Kullanım ve cihaz

  • Uygulama içi kullanım olayları (hangi ekranın açıldığı, hangi düğmeye basıldığı) — isim, doğum bilgisi veya mesaj içeriği içermez.
  • Bildirim jetonu, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, dil, IP adresi ve hata kayıtları.

3. Verileri neden kullanıyoruz

  • Hizmeti sunmak (sözleşme): harita hesaplamak, günlük yorum ve uyum analizi üretmek, eşleşme önermek, mesajlaşma, satın aldığın özellikleri açmak.
  • Güvenlik (meşru menfaat ve hukuki yükümlülük): sahte hesap, taciz ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek, raporları incelemek.
  • Ürünü geliştirmek (meşru menfaat): hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını toplu olarak ölçmek.
  • İzne dayalı: konum, rehber, bildirimler ve iOS'ta uygulamalar arası izleme. İzni istediğin an geri alabilirsin.

Verini satmayız ve üçüncü taraflara reklam amacıyla vermeyiz.

4. Yapay zekâ

Yorumlar, uyum analizleri, doğum haritası raporu ve yapay zekâ sohbetleri Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) ile üretilir. Bunun için harita bilgilerin ve ilgili sohbet bağlamı Google'a gönderilir. Google Cloud koşulları gereği bu veriler Google'ın modellerini eğitmek için kullanılmaz. Yapay zekâ içeriği hatalı olabilir; eğlence ve kendini tanıma amaçlıdır, profesyonel tavsiye değildir.

5. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

  • Diğer kullanıcılar: dating profilin (fotoğraf, ad, yaş, biyografi, burç bilgileri, yaklaşık mesafe) Keşfet'te diğer kullanıcılara görünür. Astroloji profilin görünmez.
  • Hizmet sağlayıcılar (veri işleyenler): Amazon Web Services (sunucu ve veritabanı, Frankfurt), Google (Firebase kimlik doğrulama, analitik ve bildirimler; Vertex AI), Apple (bildirimler ve App Store), Cloudflare (ağ güvenliği), Pixabay (GIF arama; aramalar sunucumuz üzerinden yapılır, kimliğin iletilmez), OpenStreetMap Nominatim (mekân adı arama; sunucumuz üzerinden, kimliğin iletilmez).
  • Yasal zorunluluk: yetkili makamların hukuka uygun talepleri.
  • Şirket değişikliği: birleşme veya devir halinde, bu politikadaki korumalarla birlikte.

6. Yurt dışına aktarım

Sunucularımız AB'dedir (Almanya). Bazı sağlayıcılar veriyi başka ülkelerde de işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlar KVKK m.9 ve GDPR kapsamındaki güvencelerle (standart sözleşme hükümleri) ve açık rızanla yapılır.

7. Saklama süresi

  • Hesabın açık olduğu sürece verini saklarız.
  • Hesabını sildiğinde 30 günlük geri alma süresi başlar; süre dolunca profilin, fotoğrafların, mesajların ve harita verilerin kalıcı olarak silinir.
  • Satın alma kayıtları vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatının istediği süre boyunca saklanır.
  • Raporlar ve güvenlik kayıtları, kötüye kullanımın tekrarını önlemek için gerekli olduğu sürece tutulur.

8. Hakların

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında verine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz etme, taşıma ve verdiğin rızayı geri alma hakların var. Hesabını uygulamada Ben › Hesap › Hesabı sil yolundan silebilirsin; diğer talepler için info@astromi.app adresine yaz, 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na veya yaşadığın ülkedeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkın saklıdır.

9. Yaş sınırı

Astromi 18 yaşından büyükler içindir. 18 yaşından küçük birine ait hesap fark edersek kapatırız.

10. Güvenlik

Veriler aktarımda şifrelenir (TLS), sunuculara erişim yetkili kişilerle sınırlıdır. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir; bir ihlal olursa yasanın öngördüğü şekilde seni ve ilgili makamı bilgilendiririz.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz; tarih her zaman sayfanın başında yazar.

Privacy Policy

In short: we collect what it takes to run Astromi, we don't sell it and we don't share it for advertising. Your payment details never reach us — Apple or Google handle them. You can delete your account from inside the app.

1. Who we are

This policy covers the Astromi mobile app and the astromi.app website. The controller of your data is Astromi (Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Contact us at info@astromi.app. This policy is written to meet the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, Turkey's KVKK and US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act.

2. What we collect

Account

  • Email address or phone number, sign-in method (Apple, Google, email) and user ID.
  • The consents you gave at sign-up and when you gave them.

Astrology profile

  • Your name, date of birth, time of birth (or an approximate time if you don't know it), place of birth, gender and what you want from the app.
  • Names and birth details of people you add for compatibility. When you add someone else's details you confirm they know about it and have not objected.

Dating profile (optional)

  • Your photos, bio, preferences, likes and matches.
  • Approximate location (a coarse position for your city and distance). Location is only used if you allow it, and you can turn it off in settings. Your exact coordinates are never shown to other users.

Messages and AI chats

  • Your conversations with matches and with the AI characters in the app.
  • For safety, messages are screened automatically (a word filter plus AI). When you report someone, the last 20 messages of that conversation are attached to the report so we can review it.
  • Places you share in a chat (only the venue name and its location) and GIFs.

Contacts (optional)

  • If you turn on "Hide me from my contacts", phone numbers are one-way hashed (SHA-256) on your device. Only those hashes reach our servers — never names or numbers.

Purchases

  • Store transaction records for subscriptions and one-time purchases (product, date, renewal status). Your card or payment details never reach us; payment is taken by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Usage and device

  • In-app usage events (which screen opened, which button was tapped). These never contain your name, birth details or message content.
  • Push token, device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address and error logs.

3. Why we use it

  • To provide the service (contract): calculating charts, writing daily readings and compatibility analyses, suggesting matches, messaging, unlocking what you bought.
  • Safety (legitimate interests and legal obligation): preventing fake accounts, harassment and fraud; reviewing reports.
  • Improving the product (legitimate interests): measuring, in aggregate, which features are used.
  • With your consent: location, contacts, notifications and, on iOS, tracking across apps. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. Artificial intelligence

Readings, compatibility analyses, the birth chart report and AI chats are generated with Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini). To do that, your chart data and the relevant conversation context are sent to Google. Under Google Cloud's terms this data is not used to train Google's models. AI output can be wrong; it is meant for entertainment and self-reflection, not professional advice.

5. Who we share it with

  • Other users: your dating profile (photos, name, age, bio, astrology details, approximate distance) is shown to other users in Discover. Your astrology profile is not.
  • Service providers (processors): Amazon Web Services (servers and database, Frankfurt), Google (Firebase authentication, analytics and notifications; Vertex AI), Apple (notifications and the App Store), Cloudflare (network security), Pixabay (GIF search, made through our servers without your identity), OpenStreetMap Nominatim (place search, made through our servers without your identity).
  • Legal requirements: lawful requests from competent authorities.
  • Business transfers: in a merger or acquisition, with the protections in this policy.

6. International transfers

Our servers are in the EU (Germany). Some providers may also process data in other countries. These transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

7. How long we keep it

  • For as long as your account is open.
  • When you delete your account a 30-day restore window starts; after it, your profile, photos, messages and chart data are permanently deleted.
  • Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Reports and safety records are kept as long as needed to stop abuse from happening again.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent. California residents can also ask what we collect and request deletion, and will not be treated differently for doing so. Delete your account in the app under Me › Account › Delete account; for anything else write to info@astromi.app and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

9. Age limit

Astromi is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

10. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and access to our servers is limited to authorised people. No system is perfect; if a breach happens we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We announce significant changes in the app, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
